Custom Variable Label Printing

Variable printed labels are used in almost every way possible. If you look on the back of your computer, inside your car door, under the hood, almost anywhere, you will see barcoded or numbered labels. The most common applications would include:

Asset Control Labels

Asset Control Labels are consecutively numbered labels used by businesses to manage fixed assets like furniture and desktop computers and other fixed assets. These labels are typically consecutively barcoded (2D and linear formats available) onto a synthetic pressure sensitive label material, like polyester, and then over-laminated to protect the image quality for long-life usage. Acrylic adhesives are most commonly used due to the aggressiveness required for adhesion. Tamper evident constructions are used to prevent switching assets. Metalized polyester or aluminum labels are commonly used outside as name plates to mark telephone poles and similar type products.

Rack and Bin Location Labels

Rack and Bin location labels are utilized to identify and track specific locations within your facility. All labels are custom made, and thus, you are not restricted in any way in terms of size, color, graphics, etc. Made of either laminated polyester or laminated retro-reflective material, depending upon the desired scan distance you are looking to achieve. Warehouse Rack Labels are more cost effective than an aluminum label yet more durable and longer lasting than typical paper labels. Graphic elements may be added to eliminate confusion and improve functionality. Permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive provides lifetime adherence. We design each label for your application. By considering your inventory system, scanner type, scanning distance and angle, and mounting method, we assure that you will receive the highest value label solution.

Retro-Reflective Labels

Do you have long range scanning requirements? If so, utilizing retro-reflective material alone will improve your scanning capabilities. Your scanning capabilities will be improved using your existing data collection equipment. Long Range Scannable Retro-Reflective Labels are extremely durable and dependable. The label is designed to reach scanning distances up to 30 feet with long-range scanners; these label systems provide the ultimate in functionality.

Magnetic Bar Code Labels

If locations are constantly changing within your warehouse, and additions are periodically arising, a magnetic label may be the solution for you. Magnets can be applied in freezer environments and work well in warehouse environments on either vertical beams, or horizontal steel racks. In most circumstances Laminated Polyester or Retro-Reflective bar code labels are applied to magnetic material.

Pallet Labels

Also known as license plate labels or temporary location labels, these pallet tracking labels are durable and dependent. Equipped with a very aggressive adhesive, all pallets will be tracked from entry to exit.

Floor Tags

The Warehouse Floor label is virtually indestructible. It has a protective beveled aluminum frame that is easily attached to the floor by four concrete anchors. The frame protects the label from the abuse of pallets and vehicular traffic. If, for any reason, the label needs to be changed, simply pop out the existing label with a screwdriver and replace with another.

Parking & Permit Decals

Decals are very commonly imaged with consecutive numbers and barcodes. Most common uses would be parking permits used to control parking at schools, government buildings and large corporate campus locations. Often RFID chips are incorporated with visual barcodes to allow entry through secure driving entrances.
