Custom Flexographic Label Printing

Drew & Rogers flexographic labels are commonly used across almost every industry. Flexographic labels are the most common form of labels industry wide. Flexographic labels are also used in food packaging because of the capability to print on non-porous substrates. This capability makes it useful for printing on plastic bags and other flexible applications as well.
The packaging world has moved a significant amount of printing toward flexography including pressure-sensitive labels, tags, wrappers, pouches, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and folding cartons. Specialty applications such as magnets, static cling signs, and tattoos have also become popular media for flexo printing.
Flexography is a printing process that uses a flexible relief plate made of a rubbery material like a “rubber stamp”. This flexible plate is then mounted around a printing cylinder. Flexo printing does well with metallic inks, opaque whites, and flexo inks anchor well on a broad range of materials including polyester, polypropylene, fluorescent labels, vinyl labels, and most coated papers.
